Refund & Return Policy

At Purrlounge, we want you and your cat to love every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, clean, and in their original condition
  • Products must be returned in the original packaging when possible
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not accept returns on heavily used pet items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Exchanges

We currently replace items only if they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used pet beds or grooming products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards
