All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions on selected products or orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can track your package.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delayed or Lost Packages

PurrLounge is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal services
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.

We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on their country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
